Solution We apologize for any technical difficulty that prevented you from using our site successfully, and we are here to help. Here's what we need to know, to be able to assist you:


What were you doing? Tell us what you were doing when the problem occurred, ex. "I was trying to purchase the Premium Service, and clicked on 'buy now'".

Describe the problem, and how it occurred. Ex.:

"I clicked on the [Start Now] button for the College Premium service, and it seemed to hang for several minutes"
"Submitted my essays and instructions, and got an error '1. MS Word Documents, Rich Text Format, and Text files are the only types of uploads allowed for Essay #1.'"
"I clicked on [Buy Now], and the next page said 'page cannot be found'"!

Tell us the name and version of the web browser you were using, ex. Microsoft Internet Explorer ver. 7.0, Mozilla Firefox ver. 2.0, Safari ver. 3.0, etc.. If you are not sure, check the browser's help menu for information about the browser.

It may also be helpful to include a screen capture when encountering an error. You can save the capture to file, then attach it to your email:
